What sort of events is it right for?
Birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, conferences, community meetings, church and charity events, and family gatherings. It is a straightforward, affordable room in east Hamilton rather than a banquet centre, and it is priced accordingly.
With a hundred seats, a kitchen and a sound system already in the room, it suits the kind of event where hiring a venue, then hiring tables, then hiring a PA would otherwise cost more than the party.
How much does it cost?
The church quotes per booking, because the price depends on how many hours you need and whether you want the kitchen. Send an enquiry through the contact form with your date, rough numbers and whether you need to cook or just serve. Bookings are looked after by Pastor Wellington.
Are there any rules?
Two worth knowing before you plan: the hall is available on Saturdays, and there is a no-alcohol policy. It is a church building and that policy is not negotiable, so if your event needs a bar this is not the right room and it is kinder to say so on this page than after you have booked.
How do I book?
