Carisma began in 1996 as a Portuguese-speaking church, planted by Pastors Tony & Sara Silveira with one sentence of vision: reaching all communities of Hamilton for Christ. That sentence meant what it said. Today it is a multicultural church, with people from many nations in one room and every service in English, led by Pastor Wellington Mariano. We are a Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada church, and however you found your way here, there is room for you at this table.

Carisma started Portuguese-speaking in 1996 and the room now comes from across Hamilton and well beyond it. Services are in English, which is the one language we all share.

Thursday Night Light
Bible study for men, women and children. Thursdays, 7 to 9 PM.

Food, clothing and company on Hamilton's streets, every Wednesday, in partnership with HIMC.

ESL Ministry, every Monday from 4 to 6 PM, for everyone aged 16 and older.
